EZ TestingAcceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using EZ Testing you agree to these Terms. If you are using EZ Testing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
License grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EZ Testing for your internal business purposes.
You may not sublicense, sell, or resell the service. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the desktop application.
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create with EZ Testing — your workflows, test definitions, and results.
You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use EZ Testing to:
- Test systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test.
- Generate load in a way that constitutes a denial-of-service attack.
- Circumvent authentication or access controls of third-party systems.
- Store, transmit, or process content that is illegal or violates others' rights.
Payment & billing
Free plans are free forever. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods.
Warranties & disclaimers
EZ Testing is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of EZ Testing is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms and do not cure the breach within 30 days of notice.
You may terminate by deleting your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.
Changes to terms
We'll email registered users 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
